Friday Five:My Movie
Friday, Jul. 25, 2003 - 1:11 a.m.

1. If your life were a movie, what would the title be?
DayDreams

2. What songs would be on the soundtrack?
Im sure there would be many others, but Smack my bitch up by Prodigy, whisper by Evanescence, duvet by Boa, and Little Sister by Jewel

3. Would it be a live-action film or animated? Why?
Well if my life were made into a movie, it would be a bit weird, I imagine it being mainly a normal work day for me. The camera following me around, and randomly breaking off into animated shorts about how I wish things would have gone, but didnt. The following around would be live action, but the break offs would be animated

4. Casting: who would play you, members of your family, friends, etc?
We would all play our selves for the Live action parts. The cartoon voices would vary

5. Describe the movie preview/trailer.
(the scene opens a bright and sunny day, birds are chirping, trees full of lush green cast beautiful, dancing shadows on patches of comfortable looking grass. A calico cat lies sleeping on the hood of a purple car. Focus on a house, tidy enough on the outside zoom to front door which opens and gives one the impression of walking into a remarkably clean house. Cue stereotypical movie announcer male voice) The Rileys have a perfect family. Their house is clean (cut to shot of Mom, wearing pearls, a blue cardigan, a floral, calf length dress, and high heels. She is carrying a feather duster and brushing the non existent dust off of the top of an entertainment center) Theyre well to do (Dad, in suit and tie, carrying a suitcase, takes a piece of toast out of his mouth, kisses Mom on the cheek and walks out the door) Their youngest daughter will either make the US Olympic Gymnastic team, or land the lead in Swan Lake, in a few years (Cut to the little one stretching on a ballet bar, and then pulling a back flip and landing it gracefully, her room is all pink) Their middle child will one day amaze audiences with her natural acting talent (The bitchy one is sitting on her bed with a script in her hands memorizing lines dutifully). All in all a perfect family, if not for their oldest child (Cut to me, lying in bed. Heavy black eye makeup, still sleeping in my black dress from the night before. My room is a mess, and decorated darkly with pentacles, and spell books and herbs strewn over the floor along with porn mags, crumpled up paper, and empty glasses and wrappers from candy bars. An alarm sounds. Pan back to tree shot) But then every family has its black seep. (A window crashes open, the alarm clock goes flying through the air and off camera. A cat screams).
